I had such a good time this morning, talking with Dr. Z. Catherine Navarro and Nancy DiNino on their wonderful “Living Beautiful Radio” show about the upcoming the Ms., Fitness and Figure International competitions. As frequently happens when a trio of gals get together to discuss amongst ourselves, we covered a lot of territory: predictions, analyses, a little gossip.… Think “Sex in the City” meets “Pro Bodybuilding Weekly.” The ladies know their stuff and are extremely gracious hosts. The show is Webcast live on Thursday mornings at 11 a.m. Eastern time. (That’s the crack of dawn, 8 a.m., here on the West Coast.) Folks in south Florida can also catch it on the actual radio: am 1470 in Fort Lauderdale on Sundays at 6 p.m. Eastern time; and am 1290 in West Palm Beach on Tuesdays at 7 p.m.

The Ms., Fitness, and Figure International competitions are part of the humongous Arnold Sports Festival, which takes place in Columbus, Ohio, on March 5–8.
