Alexandra Aurora LaChance is a former all-American gymnast and scholarship athlete for the University of Arkansas. As a national elite and level 10 gymnast, Alex became a five-time USA Gymnastics National Championship qualifier and accumulated five state championship gold medals, 10 regional championship gold medals and 25 other Level 10 state, regional and national championship medals. She’s a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and fitness model, currently pursuing a master’s degree in exercise science at the University of Arkansas. She plans on entering her first NPC fitness competition next year.

I want to inspire, educate, challenge and motivate people to maximize their physical potential through training, fitness articles, workout spreads and videos. For my own personal challenge, I want to become a sponsored athlete and get my pro card.
