Cheat to Victory

In the upcoming e-book Old School, New Body™, authors Steve Holman, yours truly and John Rowley suggest renaming your so-called diet cheat day a “victory day” instead.

After all, it’s a celebration of being victorious for an entire week, being consistent with your workouts and nutrition for six days in a row.

Cheating makes it sound as if you’re doing something bad, while, in fact, you’re actually helping your metabolism rev up and satisfying some cravings—albeit moderately—to prevent bingeing.

So don’t cheat; strive for victory! [Note: For more info on the new e-book Old School, New Body, visit OldSchoolNewBody.com.]
