According to the September ’11 Health, inhaling minty freshness frequently throughout the day caused subjects in a study at Wheeling Jesuit University in West Virginia to eat 2,800 fewer calories over a week.
Perhaps chewing peppermint gum would have the same effect—it’s worth a try.
