Started training: To balance my musculature, to help with my scoliosis, to build strength and to keep fit and lean—for ballerinas there’s a lot of pressure to maintain a certain weight.
Factoids: I am originally from a small village about 30 minutes outside of London. My interests are travel—I danced on cruise ships for a few years and saw a lot—yoga, hiking, biking, fashion and movies. I began ballet school in London at 14. I got my personal training and sports massage therapist certification in London in 2006.
