Today Abby and I met up at Gold’s Gym to knock out my final workout before the Team Universe. She was accompanied by her cute little daughter, Kirsten….and man, those two are a super-gorgeous pair! We were a little pressed for time because the gym day-care closes at 1:30pm, so we cranked through the workout rapid-fire. The shortened rest periods really had us pumped and burning! I feel so good about my prep for the Team Universe! I can’t wait to be there! Leaving tomorrow morning for NYC!!!
Seated DB Press 5 sets 12-15 reps
DB Lateral raise 4 sets 12-15 reps
Rear delt flys 4 sets 12-15 reps
Tricep pressdowns super-setted with cable curls 5 super-sets 10-12 reps
Standing DB curls super-setted with overhead tricep ext 4 super-sets 8-12 reps on curls 15-20 reps on tri ext
