Today I met Brenda at Gold’s for my first workout after my tendon reattachment surgery. The leg is so swollen (all the way down to my horrible looking foot) and is still hurting quite a bit. I decided it would be best to do a chest workout on machines so I wouldn’t have to worry so much about balance and getting up and down off the bench. It worked out pretty well. I got a decent workout without hurting myself. Brenda helped me up and down and held my crutches during my sets. She’s a great workout partner and an awesome friend!
Incline Press Machine 5 sets 15-20 reps
Vertical Bench press machine 4 sets 10-12 reps
Pec Fly machine 4sets 10-12 reps
