Each year about four times as many men as women commit suicide, which experts believe is related to undiagnosed depression.
Here are three symptoms that may signify danger, according to the May ’13 Prevention:
1) a quick temper—this often displaces sadness in men;
2) aches and pains—fatigue, headaches, etc.;
3) risky behavior—“Unexpressed grief or anger can morph into violence or substance abuse.”
If you suspect you may be depressed, see your doctor.
