Glutamine for Your Gut

Because it is also the main fuel for the small intestine, supplementary glutamine is one of the better ways to shore up gut problems, according to the April ’12 Bottom Line Health.

Start with about three grams a day, and work up to 10. Constipation is a sign that you’re using too much.
