Without doing my hard deadlifting, I just can’t seem to wear my back out in the usual number of sets, so I had to go with some volume today. I definitely prefer being able to blast my back with some serious deadlifts or partial deadlifts at the beginning of a back workout.
Lever Row machine 4 sets 12-15 reps
Lat pulldowns 4 sets 10-12 reps
Hammer strength Hi Row 4 sets 10-12 reps
DB deadlift (standing on the good leg) 4 sets 15 reps
Free Motion lat pulls 4 sets 10 reps
Free Motion row machine 4 sets 8-10 reps
I didn’t get to workout with Brenda today. It was my last day with my younger daughter Molly and the logistics of getting across town to train with Brenda just didn’t work out. Molly is 11 yrs old and will be going into the 6th grade this year. She’s been with me for the last 2 weeks and has been such a huge help, I’m not sure how I’m going to get stuff done without her!
