Bill Seno defeated the legendary Sergio Oliva not once, but twice, including beating out Sergio for the Most Muscular title of the 1964 Mr. America contest.
Bill set the World Record official IPF Bench Press that stood for an amazing 24 years. He benched 578.7 pounds, raw, without a bench shirt. It was only broken two and a half decades later by a mere one pound, by someone wearing a bench shirt.
Bill is the only man, ever in history, to also win national championships in all 3 categories of our iron sport: in Olympic weightlifting, in bodybuilding, and in powerlifting national championships.
