Here it is Part 3 of the “How to Get Ripped” Training Program.
This workout is designed with all compound exercises. The goal is to maximize caloric burn and increase metabolism.
Make sure to select a weight that is challenging but not so heavy that you can not complete your sets and reps with good form.
