According to the March/April ’11 Well Being Journal, a new study involving 1,000 subjects showed that those who were regular exercisers recovered from a cold in almost half the time as it took subjects who exercised no more than once per week.
The subjects were 18 to 85 and both male and female. The exercise was only aerobic, so imagine how fortified your immune system would be if you were lifting weights and doing cardio (you are doing cardio, aren’t you?).
