Sometimes we have a tendency to complicate things.
Want to be lean, fit and vibrant?
Eat five or six meals a day.
Have those meals consist of lean protein, vegetables & fruits.
Be cautious with complex (starchy) carbs and stay clear of processed foods.
I call these “cautious carbs”.
Get good fats from olive oil, fish oil, etc
Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces.
Pay attention to how your body responds to the foods you eat.
Eat the foods that help you and eliminate the ones that don’t.
Use a sound nutritional supplementation plan, with supplements like muscle-link.
