What a fun time we had at the Arnold Sports Festival, the event formerly known as the Arnold Fitness Weekend. Good fortune brought both my sidekicks to Columbus, Ohio, for this year’s festivities—Ms. Nancy DiNino of Toronto, Ontario, Canada; and Ms. Carolyn Bryant of Houston, Texas, USA. I knew I was taking a risk introducing fiery redhead DiNino to the outspoken (dare I say red-hot) Bryant, but it turned out to be the good kind of fireworks.
