In her article “Surprising Natural Cures for Arthritis,” Jamison Starbuck, N.D., says, “Good natural remedy [for arthritic joints]: The amino acid glutamine, which helps strengthen the lining of the gastrointestinal tract…. 1,000 milligrams in powdered form three times a day between meals.”
