Still flying solo


Today I trained at Gold’s Gym on Mopac again.  I really like that place.  The equipment, layout and atmosphere are all really good.    I cranked out a rapid fire lat workout.

Seated Lever row  5 sets 12-15 reps

Lat pulldowns 4 sets 10-12 reps

Free motion high row 3 sets 12-15 reps
