Sugar And Low Testosterone

Sugar And Low Testosterone

We all know that eating large amounts of sugar throughout the day makes you tired, fat, and pretty much kills everything you have worked for in the gym. But did you know that too much sugar makes you less of a man? Research published in the International Journal of Endocrinology shows that consuming large amounts of sugar drops your testosterone levels over time, which directly negates your ability to build muscle. To best utilize sugar for physique gains, consume it immediately after your workouts, but avoid it the rest of the day.
