Today I traveled to Round Rock (way on the other side of Austin from my house) to train with my two hot friends, Katie and Brenda. It was leg training…..and for me it was singular….one leg. I tried to push it as hard as I could, even through the vicoden stupor. By the time I finished and was leaving the gym on crutches and one tired leg, I was questioning whether working that one good leg was a good idea. Gotta keep the size on my good leg, right?
Leg Press (one leg) 5 sets 12-15 reps
Leg extensions (one leg) 5 sets 12-15 reps
Seated Leg Curls (one leg) 4 sets 12-15 reps
Calf Press 4 sets 12-15 reps.
