Subjects who drank just one cup of coffee about an hour before awkward computer tasks had significantly less pain than those who didn’t drink the coffee.“Caffeine is an adenosine receptor antagonist, a molecule that inhibits pain signals from the nervous system.”
So maybe a cup of joe before you train will help you blast those final growth reps through the pain.
