What Are You On?
Before and After: Real Results for the Genetically Average

I?m about to let you in on a little secret?at least, it?s a secret in the context of the overhyped, underdelivering world of bodybuilding supplements.

Are you interested in gaining muscle, burning fat, increasing your strength and getting in great shape? Of course you are’you’re reading IRONMAN. Well, I’m about to let you in on a little secret’at least, it’s a secret in the context of the overhyped, underdelivering world of bodybuilding supplements.

First, let me say that I wasn’t paid by the manufacturer to write this. It’s unsolicited, and I’m only writing because of my excitement after the amazing results I got using it’it’ being GH Stak. Finally, a supplement that delivers on what it promises in its advertising. How often does that happen? Almost never from my experience, and I’ve tried most of the supplements out there.

I could actually see results in less than two weeks. My muscles were becoming harder and more defined, yet my bodyweight wasn’t decreasing, and I was getting stronger. That was happening even though I was on a reduced-calorie diet, as I was trying to shed bodyfat from my previous bulking cycle.

Let me back up and quote from my training journal a few days before I started my first cycle of GH Stak and Cort-Bloc.

Not sure this was a very productive workout. Did fewer reps on a number of exercises compared to last workout. May be starting to overtrain. Could be partly due to decreasing calories to burn fat. As long as my strength doesn’t continue to decrease, I should be okay. Hope I don’t start losing muscle.

I wrote that a few days before I started taking GH Stak and Cort-Bloc. In the box below are a few key numbers from my two-month experiment with those supplements. Notice that I gained seven pounds of muscle and lost 14 pounds of fat in two months’and I didn’t do any cardio! Also, that seven pounds of lean tissue is brand-new muscle, not muscle I was regaining.

As for my training poundages, my bench press went from 230 to 275 pounds, deadlift from 325 to 390 and incline dumbbell curl from 31 pounds in each hand to 51 (yes, a 20-pound increase in each hand).

Keep in mind that I’ve had lingering shoulder pain when benching due to an old injury; however, after using the supplements for a few weeks, I was suddenly pain free and increased my bench press 45 pounds without any shoulder problems.

I made all of those gains by changing nothing I was doing in training. The only thing I did differently was add GH Stak and Cort-Bloc to my program.

You may notice that in the after photos I don’t look as if my bodyfat is 4.7 percent, although my abs are definitely visible. I think that’s because skinfold calipers don’t measure where I carry fat; they tend to show my bodyfat a little on the low side. But the bodyfat-percentage number isn’t what matters. What does matter is that you use the same method each time you measure your bodyfat (I recommend calipers to monitor fat loss but not necessarily to get your real bodyfat percentage). You can see by my skinfold measurements that I more than cut my bodyfat measurements in half in two months, going from 38 to 16 millimeters, a 22-millimeter, or 58 percent, decrease while adding seven new pounds of muscle.

As I said, I reduced my calories because I wanted to shed bodyfat after a winter of bulking up. I was hoping to maintain my muscle mass, but I actually gained. Never before have I put on muscle while losing fat. In fact, I usually lose a few pounds of muscle with the fat’but not this time, thanks to GH Stak and Cort-Bloc.

In addition, while concentrating on shedding bodyfat and eating an average of only 2,240 calories a day, I saw my strength go up. (That 45-pound increase on my bench press put me at a new personal record.)

Another thing to keep in mind is that these pictures were taken in my home, with no special lighting, using a regular point-and-shoot 35-mm camera. As you can see, I have thin long bones, and my muscles are made up mostly of slow-twitch fibers, which are more suited to endurance sports than to bodybuilding. Without proper weight training, nutrition and supplementation, I look a heck of a lot more like a distance runner or tennis player than a bodybuilder’and if I turn sideways, I almost disappear.

What that means is that I have to do everything right, and if I want to add muscle, I’m most likely going to add some fat too. That’s no big deal’until it comes time to shed that fat.

Don’t get me wrong. With my revving metabolism shedding fat is pretty easy. The tough part is not shedding muscle along with it. Now I don’t have to, thanks to GH Stak and Cort-Bloc.

The workout I used was a three-day split, and I trained every other day, adhering to the principles of HIT and POF. Hmm, can I coin the phrase Heavy Duty POF? Whatever you call it, it works wonders when properly applied. Here’s the program:

Day 1
Bench presses 4 x 6, 6, 5, 4
Flat-bench flyes 2 x 10
Seated alternate dumbbell presses (sitting
on the floor) 2 x 8
Dumbbell upright rows 2 x 12
Incline one-arm lateral raises 1 x 12
Lying extensions 2 x 8
Overhead extensions 1 x 12
Triceps kickbacks 1 x 15

Day 2
Deadlifts 2 x 6
Undergrip pulldowns 2 x 8
Machine pullovers 2 x 10
Stiff-arm pulldowns 1 x 12
Negative-only bench presses 4 x 3, 3, 2, 1
Pec deck flyes 1 x 12

Day 3
Squats (45-second rest after each set, similar
to Vince Gironda’s eight sets of eight) 10 x 5
Sissy squats 2 x 15
Leg extensions 2 x 12
Incline curls 1 x 10
Barbell curls 1 x 10
Incline hammer curls 1 x 10

About one month into my program I started using Muscle-Link’s RecoverX after my workouts and a serving of Muscle-Link’s Pro-Fusion right before bed.

I took GH Stak when I woke up in the morning and ate my first meal an hour later. I took two capsules of Cort-Bloc each night before bed with a serving of Muscle-Link’s Pro-Fusion.

Are you excited yet? I know I am! In a world of overhyped do-nothing supplements, GH Stak is the only supplement that I believe is not hyped enough. It delivers on its promises like nothing else I’ve ever tried. Don’t get me wrong: I’ve always appreciated the way IRONMAN doesn’t shove Muscle-Link products down the throats of its readers and keeps an open forum regarding other potential supplements’but everyone needs to try GH Stak!

Believe me, I’ve tried the other best-selling so-called GH-releasing products with zero results. GH Stak is the only one that has given me gains.

I’m no off-season potential pro bodybuilder in my before picture. I’m just a regular guy who’s always had a difficult time adding muscle and then keeping it when it came time to rip up. I’m positive I couldn’t have made the progress I did without the help of Muscle-Link, specifically the combo of GH Stak and Cort-Bloc.

Now that I’ve seen what they can do, I’m looking forward to even more progress with them. I’ll be writing a free special Internet report that will contain more details on how I trained and used GH Stak and Cort-Bloc to make such great progress. For more information send e-mail to me at [email protected].

If you have any doubts about trying this supplement stack, e-mail me. I’ll tell you the straight truth. What are you waiting for? Get GH Stak and Cort-Bloc now and get growing. You’ll be glad you did.
